When will my pre-order ship?
Pre-order shipping timelines vary by product and are listed on the individual product pages. Please note that if your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, the entire shipment will be held until all items are available.
What is your return policy for opened media?
To maintain the integrity of our limited editions, we cannot accept returns on vinyl records, games, or physical media that have been opened or had their shrink wrap removed, unless the item is proven to be defective.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
How do I care for my limited edition vinyl?
We recommend storing your vinyl upright in a cool, dry place and using a carbon fiber brush to remove dust before each play. Avoid stacking records horizontally to prevent warping.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can typically be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has entered the processing or shipping phase, we are unable to make changes to the items or the shipping address.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If your item is damaged during transit, contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number to initiate a replacement claim.
